Description: Participants will explore current trends in leadership through readings, videos, or podcasts. Topics will be discussed online during the month of November. After this session, participants will also be assigned to read a book on leadership for small group presentations in January.

Evaluate different facets of leadership not emphasized elsewhere in the CALLI curriculum.
Analyze aspects of leadership you may wish to explore.
Think critically about what you agree and disagree with on the selected leadership writings/media and why.
Interact with fellow cohort members to build relationships and cultivate a deeper engagement and understanding of leadership.
