The Washington Leadership Conference (WLC) is a premier national FFA leadership experience where members travel to Washington, D.C. to develop their skills, explore the nation’s capital, and engage with fellow FFA members from across the country. During the conference, participants attend workshops, hear from inspirational speakers, and take part in interactive leadership activities designed to strengthen communication, teamwork, and personal growth. WLC also provides members the opportunity to learn about government and advocacy, visit national landmarks, and build lasting friendships, all while gaining the confidence and knowledge needed to make a positive impact in their chapters, communities, and beyond.
