Open to students in grades 7-12, the New Mexico Leadership Conference (NMLC) is an exciting and impactful weekend experience designed to help FFA members develop and strengthen their leadership potential. Participants engage in interactive workshops led by current and past New Mexico FFA State Officers, learning valuable skills in teamwork, communication, goal setting, and personal growth. The conference also provides opportunities to connect with members from across the state, share ideas, and gain inspiration to bring back to their chapters and communities. Whether new to FFA or experienced in leadership, NMLC provides a fun and engaging environment that fosters confidence, collaboration, and purposeful leadership, both within FFA and in everyday life.
