The Chapter Members of New Mexico FFA are the backbone of our organization. It is only through supporting the growth of our chapters that we can continue to expand as a state organization. One of the key initiatives in this effort is the Chapter Officer Leadership Training (COLT), which plays a vital role in these conferences. These training sessions are put on by state and district officers. By providing training sessions through COLT, we can achieve several objectives. These include developing and strengthening leadership skills, increasing agricultural knowledge, enhancing member experiences, and ultimately reinforcing New Mexico FFA by empowering individual chapters.
