WGI
WGI is one of our biggest fundraisers for our entire Instrumental Music Program. This is a BIG event and we need LOTS of help. This is a whole day event so any time you can give on Saturday, February 21st is very much appreciated so that we can make this event fun and safe for all of the groups involved.

If you work more than 1 shift on that day you will receive a coupon for concessions and 1 free wristband to get into the event. Volunteer Meeting
Please plan to attend the volunteer information meeting Wedneday, February 18th from 6:30-7:30pm at the high school right inside the Main entrance of East campus. Prop Drop Off
Please dress warm. Adults stationed at prop drop off to direct teams where to go with their props when they drop them off.

Body warm up timer
Adult or student to monitor the team stretching warm up in the alcove in the cafetria. You will have signes to let the temas know how much time is left before they exit to warm up. This is on a schedule and teams must adhere to their scheduled times.

This person will be outside. Opening the door for props to go through. Can be students.
