Accommodations on the Job

Under Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a reasonable accommodation is a modification or adjustment to a job, the work environment, or the way things are usually done during the hiring process. These modifications enable an individual with a disability to have an equal opportunity not only to get a job, but successfully perform their job tasks to the same extent as people without disabilities.

SSI Work Incentives

Work incentive employment supports help people with disabilities and blind SSI recipients go to work by minimizing the risk of losing their SSI or Medicaid benefits.

The Center for Pursuit - Employment Services

Employment Services at The Center for Pursuit provides customized employment planning and assistance for transitioning youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism, and other similar conditions. Our primary goal is to help motivated individuals to find success in competitive, integrated, and community-based employment in areas of their interest.

Reach Unlimited - Supported Employment

Supported employment and vocational services are designed to match the member’s desires and abilities to the employer’s needs.

H.E.A.R.T. Program

The H.E.A.R.T. Program (Housing, Entrepreneurship And Readiness Training) was founded to create new opportunities for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) to achieve their potential. Our philosophy is that everyone deserves the opportunity to excel and experience the sense of pride and accomplishment that is achieved through education and employment.
