E4Texas is a post-secondary opportunity for people with or without a disability, who are over the age of 18, who have a high school diploma, and are employment-focused. The E4Texas 3-semester experience combines classroom instruction with practical career building experiences, independent living skills, and self-determination. During the course, students will learn the main aspects of independent living, will receive their caretaker certification, and will be supported as they find jobs in their final semester.

Aggie ACHIEVE at Texas A&M University is a comprehensive transition program (CTP) for
young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who have exited high school.
Aggie ACHIEVE provides an inclusive and immersive college education and equips students for
employment in the community. Aggie ACHIEVE aligns coursework, internship opportunities, and
extracurricular activities with each student’s academic interests and employment goals. Aggie ACHIEVE is designed to enroll students for up to four years.
The STRIVE Program provides adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities post-secondary instruction to facilitate joining the workforce or furthering their education. By exploring each student’s individual strengths and interests, we provide educational enrichment and pre-employment training skills designed to increase student’s independence and lead to employment.
