The voice is very important for the teacher. If used well the voice can capture the student's attention and initiate involvement with the teacher and subject matter.
A moderate and loud and clear/good voice of teacher is one of the most important elements of personal classroom management. In term of classroom instructions, the voice of the teacher should be clear and loud enough to be heard in the entire classroom so that all the learners will pay attention and listen attentively during class discussion.
How does the voice of the teacher affect classroom instruction?

The punctuality and the behavior of the teacher reflects to the learners because if the learners could see that their teacher is punctual then they will also try their best to follow the behavior of the teacher. But if the teachers is always late and shows laziness in the classroom, then it will negatively affect the classroom discipline and management.
Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of classroom management?
We need to check on the physical aspects of the classroom management in order for both the teacher and the learner to have a smooth flow of discussion and learning activities. Having the best of these physical classroom elements in the learning environment would ensure the safety and order in the class.

1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher? Explain.
“No amount of good instruction will come out without effective classroom management”
In order for instruction to produce positive outcomes or results, classroom management is required. As future teachers, It is our obligation to implement classroom management to keep our students organized, orderly, to keep them focus and attentive in class and for them also to become productive. If there is no management inside the classroom or whatever place we are into, it would be problematic and will make us feel that we are in a negative environment to learn that will decrease our productivity especially in classroom. If we feel that everything is well organized and managed, our mind is also at its good state to learn and it will help us also to absorb easily the lessons that are being discussed by the teacher. This includes also the way we dress and communicate with our students. It is important for us look good and approachable to our students. In that way, we can be an example to them so that they will do the same also. And for our classroom, we will make sure that they will feel it is a place for fun learning and they will be comfortable. That's how important classroom management is. Not only for students but for teachers too.
Our plans in ensuring effective classroom management are the following: First, we will make sure to establish classroom guidelines. For them to know what follow and avoid, their boundaries/limits and also what will be the consequences of their actions if there is a need for corrective action. But, we will not make it a habit for students to be punished. It will make them feel that they are in a negative environment. It will decrease their productivity and self-esteem. Acknowledging their success by giving praise or rewards will boost their confidence and productivity. we will take time to celebrate with them so that they will feel that we are not just here as their teachers but at the same time as their friends too. In that way, they will feel more comfortable but we will set limitations so that their focus is still there. Putting ourselves in the shoe of our students will help us understand what they are going through and what's the reason of their actions. In that way, we engage ourselves with our students not only inside the classroom but also in their personal life. By that, we will know how to interact and communicate with each of our students. These are our plans in ensuring effective classroom management.
