The Alaska Vocational Technical Center (AVTEC) is a training center located in Seward run by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development. AVTEC provides students with opportunities to receive certifications/training in the following fields:

Alaska Works
Alaska Works is a non-profit program that connects Alaskans with job opportunities in construction. Through a partnership with employers, community organizations, educators, and the state, Alaska Works is able to provide education and training.
Free Programs through Alaska Works include:

Alaska Career College (ACC) is located in Anchorage and has been providing training opportunities for students for 39 years. Programs include the following:
