This week's schedule....
October 28-31 -- Practice:
Meet at 2:30 in the hall by the small gym to change in the locker room. We will meet here each day to change and meet as a team before our workout.
Schedule:
Monday: 2:30-4:00 -- WORKOUT at aquatic center! no clubs past 2:40
Tuesday: OYO -- short recovery & strides -- look at Remind for more info.
Wednesday: 2:30-4:00 -- WORKOUT on the track! no clubs past 2:40; bring your track spikes if you want.
Thursday: 2:30-4:00 -- shakeout run
Friday: travel day -- we will run at the sectionals course!
Saturday: meet day!!
Keep an eye on Remind each day for any last minute changes! Looks like a BEAUTIFUL week but you never know.
