Summer Mileage begins being counted on Monday, June 3
Everyone who meets the requirement for their summer mileage tier and attends 50% of summer team runs will get a summer mileage shirt.
Tier 1 150 Miles >> Tier 2 200 Miles
Tier 3 300 Miles >> Tier 4 400+ Miles
Runners are expected to log miles daily.
If you're wondering how to accurately measure how many miles you're running and don't have a Garmin or Apple type GPS watch; Strava has a feature where you can record your runs and it is very accurate and automatically updates your weekly mileage in our Strava group.
NOTE: If your daily runs are not logged by Sunday of each week, you will NOT get credit for that week!
1. Go to strava.com
2. Click join for free, can join through Facebook, Google, or email
3. Fill out desired information about you. Only the * are required. Make sure to use your actual name not something creative so when you ask to join we know who you are.
4. Once your account is ready go to Explore at the stop and go down the list to Clubs
5. Search in clubs for "Collins Hill XC"
6. Click on the club name to open and then click on the orange icon that says request to join club.
7. Be sure to set your privacy so that your activities will be shared with Followers only (that way your activity will show up in the Club)
Once accepted, everyone's name will be under members and on the leader board. You can see how others are doing and keep up with your own mileage. To enter in workouts use the + symbol at the top right.
