Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday -- 11:00-12:30 optional conditioning at the track
Thursday-Sunday -- on your own. DO NOT TAKE THESE DAYS OFF!
Sprinters Additional Info/OYO if you are out of town:
If you are in town...join us Monday through Wednesday 11-12:30 and then get in 1-2 more workouts from the VACATION WORKOUTS
If you are out of town or unable to come to practice, see the VACATION WORKOUTS
Distance Additional Info/OYO if you are out of town:
4+ days this week: get out and run for 20-30 minutes; stretch before and after.
1 day this week: heavy stretch day. The goal is to get those muscles and tendons back into shape!

Looking ahead:
Thanksgiving week practice: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 11:00-12:30 at the track.
REQUIRED practice starts January 27 (but don't wait until then if you are not in a current sport or you will struggle when the season starts!) Practice during the season will be Monday through Thursday, 2:45-5:30 (and some Fridays).
All uniforms MUST be purchased by December 20 or you WILL NOT BE PARTICIPATING!!
First meet is February 10!
