This week's practice
April 21-25:
Run 2-3 laps and be ready by 2:45 at the track (NO CELL PHONES!!!) Dress for the weather!
Please be drinking water ALL DAY, not just during practice. It will be really warm at the start of the week!
Schedule:
Monday -- 2:45-4:30 at the track
(run two laps when you first arrive!)
Tuesday -- 2:45-4:00 at the track
(run two laps when you first arrive!)
Wednesday -- Region Meet (click the link)
This meet is the first of our state run! This day is field events, 3200m, 4x200 and 4x800.
Thursday -- Region Meet (click the link)
This day is the rest of our running events!
Friday through Sunday -- rest and recover! Next week is our huge push toward sectional and state!
Saturday: IF NEEDED....rain makeup day from Wednesday and Thursday!
