This week's practice
January 6-10:

See THIS PAGE for uniform info -- you have missed the deadline for the first meets, but can still get it in time for the next ones. The FINAL deadline to order is January 31!
It is COLD this week so we will be inside most likely, but bring warm clothes in case we are surprised by nicer weather.
Meet at the upstairs gym Tuesday and Thursday and leave your backpack in the hall by the weight room (NO CELL PHONES!!!) Do 2-3 laps in the upper gym before 2:45.
Don't forget to drink water...you will not be as thirsty but your body still gets dehydrated. You should be drinking water ALL DAY, not just during practice.
Schedule:
Monday -- NO PRACTICE!! Do stretching at home.
Tuesday -- 2:45-4:00 in the weight room (upstairs in the main gym)
Thursday -- 2:45-4:00 in the weight room (upstairs in the main gym)
Wednesday, Friday, Weekend -- on your own.
If it rains, we will send a message on StudentSquare and ParentSquare with instructions.
Looking ahead:
REQUIRED practice starts January 27 (but don't wait until then if you are not in a current sport or you will struggle when the season starts!) Practice during the season will be Monday through Thursday, 2:45-5:30 (and some Fridays).
All uniforms MUST be purchased by January 31 or you WILL NOT BE PARTICIPATING!!
First meet is February 10!
