ISPSDはパワー半導体に関するフラグシップ会議であり，その採択率は40-50% (Oralは15%程度)です．パワー半導体に関する最先端技術が世界中の研究機関(多くは企業)から発表されます．前田研究室としては今回の2件が初めての発表になります．
