Creating a slider brings interactivity for the user to change a variable or field. In this example we would create a slider to change the date range. Put DateTotal into the Filters and make sure you choose Show Filter and it is defined as a Continuous filter:

Furthermore, choose the Exact Date option:

In fact, this slider helps to choose the dates from a range and interactively change the visualization. If this filter is chosen correctly, you should see it here.

The final visualization by using the slider would look like this:

Creating button to navigate

Creating button gives access the users to navigate through different sheets or visualizations. In order to create a button for navigating, do to Dashboard, and choose Navigate:

Now, click on the created button in order to change the parameters. For example, first you can give access to the button to navigate through one of the sheets that you created. Also, you can customize the name of the navigator or button as well as its font, its color, etc.:
