MCC Career Academies

The local application deadline is March 4th.  

But some of the most popular academies fill up fast.  

So I would recommend getting the application and all of the required documents done sooner rather than later.

This year - all of the applications will be completed through a Microsoft Form. 

Here's a checklist of what you need to do 

Step 1: Complete an MCC application to obtain your MCC ID#. 

Students will be required to complete an MCC application 

and have an MCC ID# before submitting their Career Academy application.

Next Steps for Applicants with Incomplete Applications
If you have already applied but are missing required items, please review the following steps:

Step 3:  Transcripts
Please request your counselor send your transcript to secondarypartnerships@mccneb.edu.

Step 4:  Required Recommendations
Your application requires three recommendation forms to be complete:

• Parent/Guardian Recommendation (please send the link to your parent/guardian to complete their recommendation)

• 2nd Year Parent/Guardian Recommendation Form

• High School Counselor Recommendation (please send this link to your high school counselor to complete their recommendation)

• 2nd Year High School Counselor Recommendation

• Personal Recommendation (please sent this link to your personal recommendation. This can be a teacher, coach, or supervisor. It cannot be a family member.)
