On behalf of Department of Health and Physical Education (HPE), we would like to welcome all students and staffs of EdUHK to join the 2021 HPE Virtual Students Conference.

Considering the situation of COVID-19 pandemic, we organize this virtual conference to replace the poster presentations of final year honour projects of HPE students from Physical Education and Sports Science programs. Usually the poster presentations will be located in Central Plaza in Tai Po campus. Although the format is different, we believe that it is a good opportunity for our students to share their experiences and achievements in their honour projects among themselves and/or staffs from HPE department or even colleagues from our university.

It’s an extremely difficult time for both students and supervisors to complete the final year projects. I believe that all these efforts could be appreciated by others through this virtual conference platform. Students will not only have opportunities to exchange ideas with academic staffs, but also have chances to learn and practice how to do online presentations under “new normal”. We are so encouraging that all students work very hard in preparing their presentations.
