A right to work proves you are legally allowed to be employed in this country, undertaking this kind of work. HMRC require every employee to have a valid and up to date right to work on file.
Passport- which should be copied/ scanned by you, the hiring manager. The scan/ copy should be of the front and back of the passport as well as the photo page. (Please note any employee from outside the EU will also need their visa and any accompanying documents scanned/ copied and sent alongside their passport.
Long Birth Certificate AND Proof on National Insurance- Both of these are needed together in order to be a valid right to work.
