We all have mental health like we do physical health, we are constantly moving on the mental health continuum between healthy and ill.
On our Mental Health Resources Page you will find access to information as well as how to contact David Beaney, our dedicated Person Centered Counselor, available to all employees.
To empower and equip our people to be at their personal and professional best every day, we have recently launched SHINE, our holistic solution to help all employees thrive physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, and financially.

Improving Your Wellbeing
In each of our locations you will find posters with top tips to improve your wellbeing as well as contact details for support organisations like Mind.
Connect - Connect with the people around you: Your family, friends, colleagues and neighbours. Surround yourself with people who are only going to lift you higher.
Be Active - You don’t have to go to the gym. Take a walk, play a game of football, find an activity that you enjoy and make it part of your life.
Keep Learning - Learning new skills can give you a sense of achievement and a new confidence so why not sign up for that cooking course, start learning to play a musical instrument, or figure out how to fix your bike.
Give to others - Even the smallest act can count whether it’s a smile, a thank you or a kind word. Larger acts, such as volunteering at your local community centre can improve your mental wellbeing and help build new social networks.
Be Mindful - Be more aware of the present moment, including your thoughts and feelings, your body and the world around you. Some people call this awareness “mindfulness”. It can positively change the way you feel about life and how you approach challenges. Try downloading the Headspace or Calm app too.
