The Performance Assessment Tool (PAT) gives a snapshot of any performance issues and what support has been/could be given to set your employee up to succeed. In partnership with your HR Specialist, this will help leaders understand where we are in the performance journey and informs what next steps could be taken
Conduct or Capability - Flow Chart
This flow chart tool explains the difference between conduct and capability and how to identify the difference with your staff. This would always be handled in partnership with your HR Advisor so please do reach out to them for support in the first instance!
