You are entitled to enjoy 25 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays (this entitlement is pro-rated if you work less than 5 days per week).
Our holiday year runs from January 1st to December 31st.
For employees who join after 1st January, holidays are allocated on a pro-rata basis after completing your probation period.
At the beginning of each year, you will be given the option to purchase up to an additional 3 days holiday.

With Empower "Me" Days, you can celebrate your birthday, take a mental health day, engage in activities that matter to you, or use them all to volunteer — it’s your choice.
Full-time (30+ hours) employees: You get 2 Empower "Me" Days each year.
Part-time (<30 hours) employees: You get 1 Empower "Me" Day each year.
Still want to use them to volunteer? You can! It's entirely your choice how you want to use your Empower "Me" Days.
Can’t face peeling the duvet back this morning?
Fossil operate a policy that allows employees to take up to 3 days off work each year, classed as 'Duvet Days'.
This means that employees can take an occasional day off work without having to plan, justify or explain it.
There are specific criteria set within each department so please check the conditions of your department via your Line Manager.

On completion of your probation period, you will be automatically enrolled into Fossil’s Health Shield cash plan at Level 1.
This cash plan allows you to claim back an amount of money towards a range of health treatments including dental treatment, optical treatment, and complementary therapies and consultation fees.
You will receive an email from Health Shield once you have been registered.

To help our Folk save more for their retirement, the Government requires employers to enrol their workers into a workplace pension scheme.
Fossil have a Group Personal Pension scheme with Scottish Widows which all employees are eligible to join.
Employees within the enrolment criteria will be automatically enrolled after 3 months service. However, you can opt in earlier if you wish to.
Your minimum contribution starts at 4.5% and Fossil will contribute 3.5% into the scheme.
If you would like to increase your pension contribution or opt in early, please drop an email to ukpayroll@fossil.com confirming the amount you wish to pay in and what payroll month you would like this to start.

The month of your Fossil birthday you are eligible to claim your watch or leather item.
If you are not sure when your Fossil birthday, is your manager will receive an email reminder.
You have three months from your Fossil Birthday to claim your Birthday Watch/Leather Item.

Our long service awards are a way for us to say 'Thank You' for your hardwork and commitment to Fossil.
You will receive additional holiday after you've hit 5, 10, 15 and 20 year milestones, so when you hit 5 years, you'll receive 3 additional days holiday each year until you hit 10 years, then you'll receive 4 additional days holiday and so on...
Your additional holiday entitlement will be added to the Holiday Tracker at the beginning of the holiday year. If you work less than 5 days a week, your Long Service Days will be pro-rated based on your days worked.
