Onboarding is one of the most important elements to building a successful team and retaining your people.

As a starting point to any relationship, spending time on ways of working and your preferences will help set the relationship up for success. We recommend sharing the 'You, Me, Agree' with your new team member on their first day and booking in a conversation around each of your answers in their first week or so.
Each role has an LMS curriculum that is enhanced by YOU!
Bring LMS to life by bringing the activities to the shop floor or reinforcing the learnings with shop floor learning. To prepare for your new starter, print out their Retail Curriculum, Onboarding Workbook and Calander for you to plan their onboarding journey.
To enhance their experience, we have launched virtual onboarding sessions to allow new starters to understand we are part of a wider business and ensure they each get a consistent message.
During the summer and holiday period, we often bring in seasonal staff whose initial onboarding period lasts for four weeks.

The 30/60/90 day sign off process is owned in store by the Store Manager.
Please click below to fill out the the 30/60/90 day sign off form for your new starter and ensure you input the new starters email so they get a copy. You will be emailed a copy also.
With your new starter, share the goals/focuses for each review meeting. Time runs away with us, so put each meeting in the diary, and communicate these with your new starter.
If during the 90 days you have any concerns, please pick up with HR at hradmin@fossil.com.
Once your new starter has completed their 90 day sign off, you do not need to contact HR, as a Store Manager you have the authorisation to issue their Wear to Work watch.

At Fossil, we use Google Suite which might be new to lots of new starters...
During their first week, share with them the Google Suite quick links and share which Google applications are needed for their role so they can start working through the information.
