Management Team
Full-time employees are entitled to enjoy 31 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays. If you’re part-time, your holiday is pro-rated. Our holiday year runs from January 1st to December 31st. For employees who join after 1st January, holidays are allocated on a pro-rata basis.
Sales Team
Full-time employees are entitled to enjoy 28 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays, increasing to 31 days after one year of service! If you’re part-time, your holiday is pro-rated. Our holiday year runs from January 1st to December 31st. For employees who join after 1st January, Holidays are allocated on a pro-rata basis.

Let’s give something back...or take some time for YOU!
With Empower "Me" Days, you can celebrate your birthday, take a mental health day, engage in activities that matter to you, or use them all to volunteer — it’s your choice.
Full-time (30+ hours) employees: You get 2 Empower "Me" Days each year.
Part-time (<30 hours) employees: You get 1 Empower "Me" Day each year.
Still want to use them to volunteer? You can! It's entirely your choice how you want to use your Empower "Me" Days.
Pension

To help our Folk save more for their retirement, the Government requires employers to enrol their workers into a workplace pension scheme.
Fossil have a Group Personal Pension scheme with Scottish Widows which all employees are eligible to join.
Employees within the enrolment criteria will be automatically enrolled after 3 months service. However, you can opt in earlier if you wish to.
Your minimum contribution starts at 4.5% and Fossil will contribute 3.5% into the scheme.
If you would like to increase your pension contribution or opt in early, please drop an email to ukpayroll@fossil.com confirming the amount you wish to pay in and what payroll month you would like this to start.

Our Folk are important to us!
On completion of your probation period, you will be automatically enrolled into Fossil’s Health Shield cash plan at Level 1.
This cash plan allows you to claim back an amount of money towards a range of health treatments including dental treatment, optical treatment, and complementary therapies and consultation fees.
You will receive an email from Health Shield once you have been registered.

We will ensure that you have the best environment to work in and should you need time off sick, we want to support you.
Therefore, Fossil provides an enhanced company sick pay scheme after you have completed 12 months service.
Details of this can be found in your Contract of Employment.
Once you return to work your leader will have a return to work conversation with you and complete the below form.

Basel create new employee discount online profile on or around the 1st of the month. If the request if made after the 1st the account will be live the following month. Once having successfully completed your probationary period, each new employee can choose a ‘Wear to Work Watch’ as a gift from Fossil up to the value of £150. Select your chosen watch, and then please see your Store Manager who will process this for you.

To celebrate the anniversary of your Fossil birthday, we award a gift of a watch or leather item – up to the value of £150 - to each employee upon the anniversary of their start date!
The month of your Fossil birthday, you are eligible to claim your watch.
Select your chosen watch or leather item and then please see your Store Manager, who will process this for you.
You have three months from your Fossil Birthday to claim your Birthday Watch/Leather Item.
