Be descriptive and specific!
The visual characteristics should be observational or something that you can see. You can discuss the style, art elements and principles, material, scale/size, how it's displayed/viewed, etc.
Tips for wrtiting a successful essay:
Follow each Task in order.
For Task 4: Be sure to mention the Greek Classical period and discuss the specific aspects that show change within the Hellenistic style.
For Task 5: Be sure to explain WHY the Hellenistic style wanted to deviate away from the Classical period.

How to complete the DBA:
STEP 1: Complete the Gallery Review Worksheet. Submit the worksheet to the 6.04 Assessment link before you schedule the DBA.
STEP 2: Schedule the DBA with your teacher. You may be asked to complete the DBA over zoom. Your Zoom Account Info can be found above the Announcement box area, on the right hand side of the webpage.
STEP 3: Complete the DBA. What to Expect: Be able to talk about the artworks from the DBA Review worksheet. You are also responsible for knowing the remaining artworks from this content area.
STEP 4: After the DBA, go to the Gradebook Icon and scroll back down the to the 6.04 DBA Assessment. In the student Comments Text Box, document the day/time and a brief sentence of what was discussed. Hit resubmit for a grade.
ALL previous assignments must be completed and passing in order to have the DBA call. The DBA call is required to receive your gallery passwords.
We are only able to complete 1 DBA per call.
