Preferred Method of turning the projector On or Off.

To turn the projector on, press the power button one time.

When turning the projector off, press the power button on the remote. The screen will then ask if you would like to turn the projector off. Press the power button again to confirm.
How to turn the projector on or off if the remote is unavailable
Press the power button (1) on the control panel on the side of the projector.

When turning on the projector, press the power button (1) on the side of the projector one time. Wait for the projector to power on. This will take a few seconds.
When turning the projector off, press the power button on the side of the projector 2 times. This will turn the projector off.
