Press Menu
2. Select Installation
3. Select Touch Unit
4. Select Installation Pattern
5. Align the center of the touch unit with the center of the Installation Pattern
6. Leave about 0.2 inches between the Installation Pattern and the Touch Unit
Plug the Touch Unit cable into the back of the projector. Port 15 as shown above. Pay close attention to align the arrows on the port and cable.
2. Plug in the Touch Unit cable in the port on the end of the Touch Unit. Pay close attention to align the arrows on the port and cable.
3. Press Menu
4. Select Installation
5. Select Touch Unit
6. Select Power
7. Select On
8. Blue light on Touch Unit will be on
1. Select Installation
2. Select Touch Unit
3. Select Touch Unit Setup (Auto)
4. Select Installing the Touch Unit without the bracket
5. Place the calibration markers in the designated spots on the whiteboard.
Note: If the magnets won't stick, wipe the area to remove any dirt and try again
6. Press enter on the remote. When adjustments are complete, remove the callibration markers.
7. Touch each of the 4 yellow circles on the screen and verify that the gray touch indicator appears in the correct position. If the gray indicators do not appear where you touched the screen, you need to manually adjust the touch unit alignment. Select UP using the remote control, then press enter. Try touching the four dots again and repeat this process until the touch indicators appear in the correct position.
Note: Finger touch operations may not function correctly if you are wearing bandages, artificial nails, nail polish, jewelry, or anything else that may obstruct your fingers.
On the projector:
Click on the Home button on the remote control.
Select the Connection Guide
Select the option to connect an Android/iOS Device.
The projector will display a QR code that can be scanned from the iProjection App on your phone. Continue to the On your phone instructions below.
On your phone:
Open the iProjection app on your cell phone (Available for download in the Apple App Store or the Android App Store).
Select QR Code Connection.
Use camera window within the iProjection app to scan the QR Code of on the projection screen.
Once iProjection on your phone is connected with the projection, click on the Mirror Device Screen button.
Click Start Broadcast.
Access the FGSD Epson Projector User Logos Google Slide document. Navigate to the designated slide for the building the projector is in, then start a Slideshow from the current slide.
Ensure only the intended image is being displayed. Then continue to the following steps on the projector.
Continue these steps on the Projector:
On the remote, press the Menu button.
Select Management.
Select the User's Logo setting and then press Enter.
The User's Logo screen will appear. Select Start Setting.
A prompt will appear asking if you want to use the displayed image as the user's logo.
Select Yes and press Enter.
Make sure the image appears as you want it, then select Yes again and press Enter.
Press the ESC button.
Select the Display menu, and press Enter.
In the Display menu, change the No-signal Screen to Logo.
In the Display menu, change the Startup Screen to ON.
Open the Menu.
Select the Pen/Touch menu.
Select Pen Hovering.
Select OFF.
Select Enter.
Open the Menu.
Select the Interactive menu.
Select Pen Button Function.
Select OFF.
Select Enter.
Note: The main user of this projector can go back at a later time and choose the function of the Pen Button based on their preference.
