Light Interference: Light omitting objects (ex. decorative lights, digital clocks, etc.) can interfere with the signal from the projector to the whiteboard reducing or eliminating interactive functions.
Object Interference: Placing objects such as magnets or decorations on or near the whiteboard surface can interfere with performance. Please keep the surface cleared from objects.
If the projected video is playing at an unusually fast speed and the audio is distorted, please restart both your projector and computer. Once both devices have been restarted, the video should resume normal playback.
If the projected image is going outside of the whiteboard (onto the Silver Bezel or the black infrared blockers), use Quick Corners to adjust the projected image within the bezel of the whiteboard.
1. Turn on the Projector and Display an Image
2. Open the Menu
3. Select Installation, then press Enter
4. Select Geometric Correction then press Enter
5. Select Quick Corner then press Enter
6. Using the arrow buttons on the remote, select which corner of the projected image you would like to correct.
Then use the arrow keys on the remote to adjust the projected image within the silver bezel of the whiteboard.
When the corner has been corrected, click the Enter key on the remote and then move onto the next corner that needs to be corrected.
When finished, press the ESC button to return the Main Menu.
