Note: If using the felt tip that comes with the pens, please press the pen gently into the board. The felt tip will break down much more quickly if pushed hard into the board.
1. Twist off the tip of the pen to remove it.
2. Twist on the new tip.

3. Insert the new soft tip.
4. Twist on the pen tip.
If you connect a different computer or adjust the computer's resolution, the pen operation area is adjusted automatically to match your mouse pointer position. If you notice that the pen position is incorrect when using PC Interactive mode, you can adjust the pen area manually.
1. Project your computer's desktop.
2. Press the Menu button, select the Pen/Touch menu, and press Enter.
3. Select the PC Interactivity setting and press Enter.
4. Make sure Auto Adjust Pen Area is set to Off, then select Manual Anj. Pen Area and press Enter.
5. Press Enter to select Yes.
6. The mouse pointer moves toward the top left corner. When the mouse pointer stops, touch the tip of the pointer with the interactive pen.
7. The mouse pointer moves toward the bottom right corner. When the mouse pointer stops, touch the tip of the pointer with the interactive pen.
Sometimes, you may find the pens are too sensitive and may mark or click the board when the pen has not actually touched the board. Start by auto calibrating your projector. Should the issue still continue, turn off Pen Hovering.
Press Menu on the remote, then scroll to the Pen/Touch menu, then turn OFF Pen Hovering.
