Unified Talent: Elevating Your Professional Learning
The Department of Organizational Development is excited to announce that we have begun using Power Schools Unified Talent as our Professional Learning Management platform. Unified Talent will allow our system to centralize, manage and track professional learning. Our goal is to create a more streamlined and efficient process for our users. Our implementation will be gradual and strategic. The system is used for course registration and payment processing. We are currently working to have all centrally run professional learning experiences use Unified Talent as our primary means of registration and tracking. FCPS Employee Access Directions
All employees access Unified Talent by visiting https://frederick.pl.powerschool.com. FCPS employees are logged into their account automatically and do not need any sign on information.
FCPS Volunteer Coach Access Directions
All volunteer coaching staff should use these directions to create an account at https://frederick.pl.powerschool.com/ia/empari/login/guest
Guest MSDE Course Participant Access Directions
All non-FCPS employees wishing to register for a guest account to take MSDE courses should use these directions to create an account at https://frederick.pl.powerschool.com/ia/empari/login/guest
How do I use Unified Talent for my upcoming Professional Learning Experience?
Unified Talent Professional Learning Request - Completing and submitting this request will alert our office that you wish to use the Unified Talent platform for PL registration, attendance and historical tracking purposes. The information collected via the form will allow our team to create your event in Unified Talent. Once you professional learning event is created you will receive an email from Betsy Mullineaux or Nikki Pierre providing you with the necessary registration link.
