- Fluently multiply a three digit by a two digit number and divide a four digit number by a two digit number using the standard algorithm
- Read, write, and compare decimals to thousandths using numbers, number names, and expanded form
- Compare decimals
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals to hundredths
- Add and subtract fractions with unlike denominators and mixed numbers
- Solve word problems involving fractions and mixed numbers
