District Support

This type of coaching focuses on staff that is highly implementing the Catalyst Approach skills and are seeking deeper implementation. These staff members can be, but are not limited to staff that has received numerous amounts of coaching, Certified Catalyst Teachers, Demonstration Certified Catalyst Teachers.

Coaching is offered to all teachers and support staff and meets the needs of the individual to support their growth with empowering students and themselves. Each coaching session is a total of 30 minutes. The first 15 minutes is an observation and the second 15 minutes covers the feedback time.

This coaching is for Administrators who wish to support their staff through receiving coaching themselves. The benefits of admin receiving coaching is that it shows staff that they value the feedback and that they support the initiative. It will also deepen relationships , equity, and improve the culture in their buildings.

Updates for Resident Coaches  are brief meetings with Resident Coaches to update new language and coaching techniques as well as news.
