The Demonstration Teachers for the District have passed a series of certifications in front of a group of their peers and External Coaches in order to attain the Demonstration Teacher Certification level. Taking a minimum of two years to attain this level, Demonstration teachers are experts in their craft modeling equity, relationships, nonverbals, high expectations, credibility, and accountability all while maintaining a Healthy Classroom environment and culture. These teachers are available to demonstrate for others around the district.

Anyone interested in watching a live demonstration will need to contact their Resident Coach. The Resident Coach will then contact Sydney Azure to set up a date and time. It is pertinent that anyone observing a demonstration teacher is accompanied by a Resident or District Coach.
