EF SMS Solution allows clients to manage SMS-based communication with their customers. With SMS campaigns, businesses can broadcast messages to their customers on their phones, for instance whenever there is a new discount offer/ promotion, product/service launch.

With SOAP-based webservices, an SMS notification can be sent to an individual triggered by a certain event such as acknowledgement of the order placement, bank account status after the recent funds transfer.

EF SMS Solution can integrate with the SMS Service provider/ SMPP provider (to be arranged by the client). The recommended interface for integration is over SMPP.
