EF Campaign Manager (ECM) allows contact centers to run automated outbound campaigns for business purposes such as periodic billing reminders, appointment reminders and promotion messages on the launch of a new product/service/package.
WWW-based interface offers to schedule the campaign execution, enable/disable a campaign and specify customized call strategies for redialing calls.
The solution works on top of Cisco contact center and leverages dialing capability of Cisco Outbound Option to dial out calls.
