Goals (Apr 22 - May 06th)

• To make the new version of Wallboard application QA ready
• To complete the testing of SMS feature in CIM
• Making PCS application release production ready
• Complete the testing on CUIC reports of PCS including the NPS report
• Updating Confluence spaces with product documentation

Details

Supervisor Tools (Saqib/Kamil)

• Update the API documentation of Campaigns, Calendars, Surveys on the website

PCS (Kamil/Sikander, Iqra)

• Complete the testing of CUIC reports
• Make ready the application release with NPS and other features

ECM (Sikander/Kamil, Hassan)

• Fixing of contact upload limitation
• User Management implementation with user permissions
• Campaign-wise DNC

Wallboard (Ubaid/Zaryab/Saqib, Usman/Ali Zaidi)

• Continue the development of Wallboard

CIM (Saqib Sana/Raza, Shabber)

• SMS functionality testing / bug fixing of some opened issues
• Also add the optional setting of the Recording Player Integration in CIM config settings

Sprint Review (Mar 27th - Apr 10th)

• Wallboard release 12.5 signed off for CCX. Supports only the non-HA deployments.
• PCS APIs, Reports and the NPS feature testing continues..
• CIM 12.3 with improvements Lafarge asked for are completed. The release is officially signed off without the Recording Player integration configuration. Will include in the next product release.
• Continued development on Wallboard
• Moved most of the product documentation on Confluence. CIM, Supervisor Tools, ECM. Some of the docs including deployment / user guides still pending. Left with PCS documentation on confluence.
• Worked on moving the API documentation of products to Confluence.
• ECM release 12.3 testing is in progress
