If an item that arrives is not as described, missing parts, or does not work - we cannot request a return.
Ordering Guidelines:
Orders must be submitted via Amazon Punchout in OPS (see more details in the Punchout Instructions, linked below)

Please note! - Two PO's for the school year - one per semester (Dec and May).
Please send alert in OPS to process lump sum PO's so the provider can view it in OPS.
PLEASE EMAIL THE OA when PO is placed or you run the risk of not being enrolled.
MUST ORDER CA COURSES ONLY - IMPORTANT!
Students must be registered on the portal by the TOR once the PO has been processed. If all instruction is not followed, student will not be enrolled in the class. Please note on PO once online enrollment is completed.
Conquering the CAASPP ELA and/or math course: Please include 1) Parent Name 2) Parent Email 3) Student Name 4) Which courses you want to order- ELA, Math, or both. The cost is $75 per course. If you already have a Mr. D Math account, be sure to include your User ID found under Account < Login Credentials.
Please also note in the description whether this is live instruction or self paced and curriculum. This is important to know when processing the PO and payment of the PO.
Mr. D Math does offer Semester A or B in both Fall and Spring semesters.
CAASPP courses are six weeks: one session per week with access to the portal for practice problems.

Excel Academy Outschool Landing Page
Currently, only Self-Paced classes are eligible for Excel Academy students through Outschool. A list of available Self-Paced options can be found on Excel Academy’s dedicated landing page on the Outschool website. Please note that inclusion on this page does not constitute automatic approval. All class requests must be reviewed and approved by your ToR and the school to ensure alignment with charter requirements.
Review the Class Experience section of the class details page carefully before you submit your purchase order as there is a strict no-cancellation or refund policy. Be sure to include the following:
Full name of the class
Start Date
A link to the class listing
Email associated with your Outschool account (If you don't already have one, please create one)
After your order has been processed by Outschool, the class content will be made available to you through your Outschool account immediately and in its entirety. Outschool may also send a confirmation email with your login information.
Access to the class content will be available for one year, however, for classes that include teacher feedback, please be aware that the number of weeks of teacher feedback offered may be less than the number of lessons included in the class and teacher feedback begins on the start date you noted on your Purchase Order. Please work with your ToR to choose the appropriate start date for the class.
Per Outschool’s policy, a learner’s age must fall within the age range stated on the class details page on Outschool’s website. Learners age 18 and over may not enroll in Outschool classes.
Please note! - Lump sum only at end of semester. Released September and January.

The parent is the primary teacher for this option, the ToR can be added as a co-teacher.

Pricing: $29.95/month for Grades K–5; $39.95/month for Grades 6–12
Usage Notes: Time4Learning is primarily used as a supplemental curriculum for general education students. For both elementary and secondary students, use as core curriculum requires admin approval. For students receiving special education services and working toward an alternate diploma or certificate of completion, Time4Learning may be used as a core curriculum. If used as a supplemental curriculum based on IEP requirements, it must be ordered through the SPED department.
Order Instructions: Minimum order is 1 month. Orders may be placed month-by-month or for multiple months (up to one semester). Item Number: List the subscription months (e.g., Sept, Oct, Nov).
Description Line: Include the course name and parent email address.
Student Accounts: Accounts are set up within 72 business hours after the PO is processed by T4L. A confirmation email will be sent to the parent email provided—please check spam or junk folders if not received. |
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be requested by the 20th of the same month the order was submitted. No prorated refunds are available.
