Ordering Opens August 4, 2025!
Materials purchased with instructional funds support learning within the current school year and are limited to basic, standard, and economy-grade items. Your ToR will work with you to ensure all requests support the student's coursework and/or individualized learning plan and assignment work record (ILP/AWR).
Remember:
All materials ordered with instructional funds are the property of Excel Academy Charter School and must be returned to the ToR within three business days of a student's withdrawal or graduation date. Families cannot purchase these materials from the school when a student disenrolls.
Any issues/concerns/questions regarding your orders should be addressed through your ToR. Do not contact material providers directly.
Supplies should not be ordered in bulk. Please place orders based on actual need.
There will be no returns, refunds, or cancellations. Discuss your goals and expectations with your ToR before submitting an Order Request to ensure that the materials ordered support your learner's ILP/AWR.
The Teacher of Record will guide families in the selection of academic materials and services from our approved Content and Community Provider (CCP) list that supports the educational goals of the student. The ToR and the school will use their best professional judgment to evaluate the appropriateness of requested materials and services.
