Families can use eDynamic courses in the following ways:
eDynamic Teacher-Supported Learning Courses
eDynamic Teacher-Supported Learning courses, also known as EDL, are taught and supported through eDynamic.
Cost: $300 per course, per semester
Courses listed in eDynamic’s Full Catalog are only available through the eDynamic Teacher-Supported Learning, EDL, site.
Honors Courses
Honors courses with 10 or more units are considered full-year courses.
Cost: $600 per year
The full-year cost must be paid at the time of registration. The course cannot be split into separate semester payments.
The Teacher of Record, TOR, must notify the Purchasing Department if the end date needs to be extended to the last day of school. If Purchasing is not notified, the curriculum may include two semesters in one.
CTE Courses with an Excel Teacher
CTE courses with an Excel Teacher, include two separate costs:
Curriculum Cost: $90 per course, per semester
ETL Provider Fee: $225 per course, per semester
These must be submitted as two separate POs:
One PO for the eDynamic curriculum
One separate PO for the ETL Provider fee
Important Note
Parent-led options are not available for any eDynamic courses.
To Place a PO for eDynamic Courses
Log into OPS.
Select your student.
Select eDynamic from the EMR Request list.
Use a separate line for each course being requested.
For each course line, include the following information:
Item Number: CTE or EDL
Item Description: Course Name, Section A or B, Parent’s Name, and Parent’s Email and case manager if the student has an IEP.
For CTE courses, please also include the Excel teacher’s name.
