Excel Academy Ordering Guide - eDynamic Learning

eDynamic Teacher-supported (EDL) courses: $300 per course per semester.

CTE courses with Excel Teacher (ETL ) $90 for the curriculum plus $225 ETL provider fee per course per semester.

Honors Courses with 10 or more units are considered full year: $600.

*The Teacher of Record (TOR) must notify the purchasing department to stretch the end date to the last day of school, or the curriculum will include two semesters in one.

Courses listed in eDynamic’s Full Catalog are only available through eDynamic eDynamic Teacher- Supported Learning (EDL) site.

Note: Parent-led option is not available for any eDynamic courses.

To Place a PO:

Select your student; select eDynamic from the EMR Request list.
Use a separate line for each course and include the following details: specify whether the course is ETL or EDL, the course name, Section A or B (include the teacher’s name if it is an ETL course), the parent’s name and email, and the case manager (if IEP).

For CTE courses with ETL teacher:

Start a brand new PO,
Select ETL Provider from the EMR Request list.
On each line include the course name, section A or B and ETL teachers name.
Cost: $225 per course, in addition to the curriculum.
