⚠️ IMPORTANT COMMUNITY PROVIDER UPDATE
At Excel Academy, the safety and well-being of every student is our highest priority.
To help ensure students receive services from qualified providers, all providers must meet applicable California safety requirements, including current Mandated Reporter Training, as well as Excel Academy’s onboarding, renewal, and compliance requirements.
If you do not see your preferred provider in OPS, they may still have outstanding requirements that must be completed before their account can be activated. Until all required documentation has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, Excel Academy cannot authorize services through that provider.
If you are hoping to work with a particular provider, please encourage them to log in to their Stampli account and complete any remaining renewal requirements as soon as possible. Once all required documentation has been received and approved, the provider will be activated in OPS.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and partnership as we work together to ensure that every provider meets applicable requirements and continues to deliver safe, high-quality services to Excel Academy students.
The Community Provider Search Tool allows you to search the Approved Community Provider List by provider name, subject area, or location.
For your convenience, each listing includes a direct link to the provider’s website. Please carefully review the provider’s current offerings and pricing before submitting an Order Request to your Teacher of Record (ToR).
Click the button below to search the Approved Community Provider List:
If you would like to request a new Community Provider, please provide your TOR with the provider’s name, website, contact information, and your reasons for the request. Your TOR will first help you review the current Community Provider list to see if an approved provider already offers the materials or services needed for your learner’s ILP/AWR.
If no suitable class availability or materials are found through an existing provider, your TOR will then reach out to the new provider to begin the application process.
New Community Provider Process:
TOR contacts potential CCP and conducts a prescreen to ensure we are a good fit to work together.
Prescreen is submitted to the purchasing department
CCP application is emailed to the potential CCP
CCP must complete and return all required documents to be approved and added to the OPS system for ordering:
Application Completion
Livescan clearance for all instructors
Completed W9 form
Submission of business license
Submission of Certificate of Liability of Insurance
Submission of Mandated reporter Certificate for all approved instructors
Once all documents have been received and reviewed, and livescan clearance is received from the Department of Justice the new CCP is added to the OPS system
