Tokyo Metropolitan Building (Tocho)

The Tokyo Metropolitan Building (TOCHO) houses the Tokyo metropolitan government (governs all areas that make up the Tokyo metropolis, as if the Chicago land area was all under the control of one local government) in Shinjuku, Tokyo. With a 202 meter tall observation deck free and open to the public, TOCHO has become a well visited tourist attraction. When the weather is amiable, famous Japanese land marks such as Mount Fuji, the Tokyo Skytree, and Meiji Shrine are visible from the observation decks.
