Harajuku

Located in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan, Harajuku is an internationally known shopping district. It is most famous for the fashion of its often young inhabitants, and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Tokyo. Harajuku train station is also right next to the Meiji Shrine one of Tokyo's major shrines. Meiji Shrine also shares space with Yoyogi park, another local attraction [1].

Takeshita Dori (pictured in header) is a street especially renowned for its street fashion, and stores. It's a major hub for teenage style. Harajuku also has a thriving cosplay culture. People dress as characters from TV shows, Manga, and Anime [2].
