The California Dream Act Application (CADAA) is a free application that allows undocumented and nonresident students who qualify for a non-resident exemption under AB 540 to apply to receive certain types of financial aid such as: state administered financial aid, Cal Grants, university grants, community college fee waivers, and some private scholarships, as well as allowing eligible students to pay in-state tuition at any public college in California. The CADA application is open from December-March 2 for the following school year. Workshops will be held to assist students with their applications. Dates are to be announced.
