Scheduling Process for Current IHS Students
School counselors will be presenting to students January 15-23, 2026.
Lesson will cover:
Overview of scheduling process
New course offerings
How to select courses through Infinite Campus' Course Requests
Following the scheduling lesson, students need to select their courses by January 30, 2026 at 4pm.
School counselors will have individual meetings with students in February to discuss their course selection.
During the meeting, students will:
Receive a copy of their evaluated transcript
Be able to ask their counselor any questions they may have
Discuss appropriate course options

January 16, 2026: G.11 (Junior) Presentation through US History course
February 2 or 3, 2026: 1:1 meeting with School Counselor
January 20, 2026: G.10 (Sophomore) Presentation through PE 2 course
February 6 or 9, 2026: 1:1 meeting with School Counselor
January 23, 2026: G.9 (Freshman) Presentation through PE 1 course
February 10 or 13, 2026: 1:1 meeting with School Counselor
January 30, 2026: Infinite Campus Course Planner closes
Mid-to-Late March 2026: Students will receive a copy of their intended courses for the 2026-27 school year
If students would like to make a change to their intended courses, they can do so by filling out the Course Change Form
All requests will be reviewed by each student's school counselor
Requests may be denied
Mid-April 2026: Last day for students to submit a course change request
