Student Activities

Check-out the flyers for Greater Metro Regional Program activities and Nebraska Regional Program (statewide) activities.  Each activity is offered in-person. The events are for Nebraska students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing and are receiving special education services.

Family Camp 2026: Deep Roots, Strong Branches: The Power of Connection

• • • The family camp will be held April 24-26, 2026 at Camp Covenant Cedars.

    • There is no cost to attend; families must have a children with a hearing loss servicing services.

    • Registration opens Feb. 17th at 10:00 AM: space is limited.

Camp Anderson 2026: July 12th-17th

• • • The camp will be held at Camp Comeca in Cozad, NE.

    • There is no cost for students to attend.

    • Students need to complete the application, recommendation form and an essay.

A Walk in Wonderland: April 10-11, 2026

• This is for 3rd-12th grade students who are DHH and on an IEP.

  • The activity will be held at The Leadership Center in Auora, NE.

• All annual health forms must be completed before the student can attend.
