To participate in any Nebraska Regional Program activity students must have a completed Medical Needs and Authorizations/Permission Releases completed and on file prior to the activity/event. New forms are completed year school year effective July 1st to June 30th. The forms are now online. You can find the forms by clicking on the caret at the right to display links to all the forms or use the link below for just the medical/permission forms. The forms can be translated using your web browser; directions to do this are at the top of the first page.

How to stay connected with MRP during activities...
This free app allows the MRP coordinator and you stay connected during activities. This app will be used to alert you to any changes in the travel itineray of more than 10 minutes. It can also be used to share exciting information during an activity. You will need to re-enroll each year and join each activity.
