temperature with arrows

We have created a temperature meter that marks three thermal bands:

- Temperature 35 degrees, the device shows up arrows

- Temperature is between 25 and 35 degrees it shows arrows that oscillate from right to left.

- Temperature is below 25 degrees :arrows going down
