Digestive system

We recreated the digestive system to mainly learn its parts and its functions, and we also used augmented reality.

We cut some bread and some bananas with the incisors (scissors) and then we crushed with the molars (fists). The food bolus has been mixed with the saliva coming from the salivary glands (glass pot and water) and it went through the pharynx and the esophagus (tube). It arrived into the stomach (plastic bag) where it’s been mixed with the gastric juices (vinegar). Then it went into the small intestine (stocking) and afterwards to the large intestine until being expelled through the anus (end of the stocking).
