Need: Schools need assistance to create work based experiences for students.  Schools and business partners need help to implement pre apprenticeship models that help students obtain credit towards graduation while getting hands on work based experience in partnership with local businesses. 

Objective: Research what makes a good pre apprenticeship. Provide a guide to local schools that meets the requirements for schools but that also provides relevant experiences for students that provide credentialing towards a specific trade.
