Need: BAC members need access to current and dynamic job market data to facilitate informed discussions and collaborative efforts, ensuring that students are equipped with the essential skills required for both college and career success.

Objective: Provide BAC members with access to current job market data to foster informed discussions and collaborative efforts, enabling the effective preparation of students with essential skills for both college and career success.

At our quarterly meetings, we provide information around the changing job market and the required skills students will need as they enter the job market.  At our December 7th, 2023 BAC meeting, we discussed the impact AI will have for our BAC businesses and how this will impact the necessary skills students will need.  

Our BAC members watched the video above from 25:10 to 41:10, which featured Paul Roetzer discussing the impact AI will have on Ohio, our businesses and for our students.  We asked our participants to take notes using our Google doc,
